We will: (i) make all reasonable efforts and use reasonable precautions to protect any personal information you submit or disclose to us in your application materials or essays and (ii) not sell email addresses to any third party without your express written consent.
Client acknowledges and agrees that the Materials and any other information obtained by you from Essay Professionals, including information relating to the business, legal financial, marketing or employment strategy or practices of Essay Professionals, shall at all times be deemed confidential information proprietary to Essay Professionals (“Confidential Information”). Client shall not use or disclose Confidential Information to any third party except as permitted in the license grant above.
